Saint Mary's
Evangelization Committee
Our Mission Statement
"To invite all men, women and children to participate in our parish by enthusiastically welcoming them and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ, in order to unite and strengthen our parish family in faith, worship, community and service".
The group typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 7:45 pm in the Parish House. All are welcome.
Currently the Evangelization Committee is involved in the following projects:
The Lending Library – Our Parish Library Mission Statement: To provide resources for adults, teens and children in St Mary Parish which will help them develop a deeper understanding of their Catholic faith and grow closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. Group Trips –
Welcoming of new parish families –
Neighborhood Visits – Would you like Fr. Furey to visit your neighborhood? The Saint Mary Parish Evangelization Committee is endeavoring to organize community meetings in area neighborhoods. These meetings will allow you to gather with Father Furey and fellow Saint Mary parishioners in an informal social setting outside of church. They will provide you an opportunity to discuss parish events and concerns, and answer questions you may have about your faith or parish. We need your help to make them successful. Please consider volunteering as a host family or simply participating when invited by your neighbor. For more information, call Tony at 610.716.8253 or just click here.
