    • Finance Council
      Purpose: The purpose of the Parish Finance Council is to advise the Pastor in all financial matters of the parish.  The Parish Finance Council meets with the Pastor, the Parish Deacon and the Parish Business Manager and her assistant each quarter of the fiscal year to discuss the financial stability of our parish community based on our yearly budget in light of Christian Stewardship.  We, as a faith community, are called to be good stewards by using the gifts of Time, Talent and Treasure that have been entrusted to us by God for the good of our faith community.  
    The Church Annual Budget and each quarter of the fiscal year is printed in our parish bulletin and Web site for our parishioner's review.  A complete financial report of our parish including the school is mailed at the end of each fiscal year with our FALL ANNUAL APPEAL. Any parishioner who wishes to discuss matters of fiscal responsibility and transparency is kindly asked to call or email the Parish Business Manager or speak to the Chair of our Parish Finance Council.The School Annual Budget and each quarter of the fiscal year is displayed on our school's web site.

    • Marketing Committee
             The Parish Marketing Committee serves the parish, ministries, and organizations of St. Mary's. Our mission is to communicate and promote key activities of St. Mary's parish both within the parish and to the greater community.
      What does it involve? Attend monthly meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm and 1-2 hrs of your time per month.
      Who should participate? Anyone. Just a good attitude and a goal to help and assist fellow Parishioners is required. Marketing experience preferred, but not necessary.
